Depending on your family dynamic, there are many of us that have a "sweep it under the rug' mentality. How long can it really stay there? Is it spilling out when company comes over? Do your children dabble in it from time to time? Whatever your "IT" is, now is the time to process and heal with counseling.

My focus is to help individuals heal and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. Talk to those around you about self-care. Reduce the suicide rate by addressing mental health care and find a therapist .
